  • Application of histologic techniques and medical imaging to the study of the functional morphology of the speech mechanism
  • Comparative anatomy of the vocal tract and larynx

  • Application of medical imaging in diagnosis and treatment of speech and vocal tract disorders
  • Rehabilitation of persons with cleft palate and craniofacial anomalies
